Training that leaves the work changed, not just the calendar full.
Every session is spent on your team's actual work: real emails, real pipelines, real decisions. It's built so the systems are up and running by the time the session ends. Hands-on, from the first minute to the last.
Whatever the program, the same things make it hold after I leave the room:
Built on your real work.
A short intake means you start on your actual time-sinks and pipeline, not a generic example.
You apply it in the room.
Every session moves from the method to doing it on your own material, so you leave able to run it, not just recall it.
You keep what you make.
Templates, prompt libraries, frameworks, and real sample artifacts you own and reuse long after the last session.
Program 1
AI in Practice
The flagship. A structured program that takes a team from experimenting with AI to putting it to work, across six two-hour sessions, where every session ends with something new working on your actual business. Pick the track that fits who's in the room.
Certificate of Completion

The three tracks:
Systems
Build the AI infrastructure that runs your daily work.
The track for teams losing hours every week to the same repeatable work: drafting, formatting, reporting, admin, follow-through.
You rebuild those tasks as AI systems that run the way you would, with the guardrails to trust what they produce, so your team's time goes back to the work that actually needs a person.
Leave with: AI shaped around your business instead of generic answers, client-ready writing that sounds like you, recurring tasks rebuilt as workflows, and a playbook your team can run without you.
Built for: owners, operators, and the teams that run the day-to-day.
Revenue
Scale sales and client experience with AI, without sounding like AI.
Buyers can smell automated sameness, and it quietly kills conversion. This track starts with the psychology of how people actually decide, then builds AI around the human moments that close: the machine carries the volume of research, content, and follow-up, while you keep the moments that win the deal human.
Session five flexes to your room, whether that's a sales team, a marketing function, or member and donor retention.
Leave with: a clear read on how your buyers decide, a content engine that produces a week of marketing in one sitting, pre-call prep briefs that end the scramble, and a follow-up system so leads stop slipping.
Built for: founders, owners, and sales and marketing leaders and their teams.
Leadership
Governance, oversight, and ROI for the people accountable for AI.
Your team is already using AI, with or without rules, which quietly exposes the organization on confidentiality, wrong answers in client work, IP ownership, and vendor risk.
This track puts leadership back in command and in the loop: you map where you're actually exposed, set data rules and a policy your team can follow, and put real numbers on what the AI spend returns. You leave able to answer the two questions a board or executive leadership will ask: is this safe, and is it worth it.
Leave with: a leadership-ready AI policy, data rules your team can follow, identifying gaps in your current protocols, an oversight calendar, and a 12-month roadmap with the spend mapped to what it returns.
Built for: executives, boards, and the senior leaders accountable for AI decisions.
How it runs:
Six two-hour sessions per track — half lesson, half guided build.
Flexible schedule and format. The same curriculum flexes to your calendar:
- Weekly over six weeks
- A condensed two-week series
- A two-day intensive
- Delivered in-person, virtual, or hybrid
- Custom formats available upon request
A certificate you earn. Finish all six builds and you earn a Certificate of Completion for your track, with a credential ID for LinkedIn.
High touch available. A premium tier adds personal feedback at three checkpoints and earns the Certificate with Distinction.
No technical background required. If your team can write an email, they can build these systems.
(How to access it, whether you join a cohort, bring it in-house, or host one, is in “Ways to get started” below.)

Program 2
Selling & Influence
Every deal comes down to a person deciding yes.
This program teaches how that decision actually gets made and how to serve a buyer well at each point where it's won or lost. I spent 15 years in sales before I built any of this, so it's grounded in what moves a real person, not what a tool can “technically” do.
Influence here means the honest kind: understanding how people decide and earning an authentic yes. No pressure tactics, no manipulation, and nothing your team would feel gross using.
Think sales without the ick: where you close more deals and your team feels good about the way you're serving clients.

What it covers
Each area runs as its own 70 to 90 minute session.
- The psychology of a decision — how trust forms, how buyers weigh risk, and what actually drives a yes underneath the reasons people give.
- A sales process that fits your buyers — built on how they actually move, not a generic script.
- Negotiation — holding your ground without torching the relationship.
- Objection handling — worked in your voice and your framework, ready on the spot.
- Communication and marketing that attracts — naming the problem without pressing on pain.
- AI through all of it — so prospecting, follow-up, and prep stop eating the week.
What your team leaves able to do
- Read where a buyer actually is, and what's blocking the yes.
- Run a pipeline with prep and follow-up that used to take hours, in a fraction of the time.
- Handle the hard moments (objections, negotiation, the close) with a method instead of nerves.
Formats
- Workshops and intensives — where most teams start. Each area above is self-contained, so nothing depends on having sat through the one before it. Book a single 70 to 90 minute workshop on the area that hurts most, a half-day on three, or a full day on four.
- The complete program — all six areas, across two days or spread as a series over several weeks, privately in-house or as an open-enrollment cohort. Certificate-eligible on completion, the same as AI in Practice. Public cohorts cap at 30.
- Personalized review — an optional upgrade on the complete program and on half-day and full-day intensives, adding direct instructor review and written feedback.

Ways to get started
Bring it in-house
for teams and organizations
The most direct way in, and where most organizations start. Any program delivered privately for your team, on-site, virtual, or hybrid, in the format your calendar allows and tailored to your real work.
Both programs are modular by design, so you can assemble the exact mix your organization needs, from a single focused workshop to a full multi-session build.
Host a cohort
for venues and communities
Entrepreneurship organizations, chambers, professional associations, and other communities host an open-enrollment cohort for their members, with me as instructor to bring the program to your whole community at once.
Join a cohort
for individuals
Prefer to join on your own? Cohorts run on a schedule in virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, so you can take part from wherever you are. Dates go out by email and on LinkedIn. Add your name to the interest list and I'll tell you when the next one opens.
Running a nonprofit? Every program tailors to a nonprofit's world: AI fluency for a stretched staff, or donor persuasion, case-making, and board communication in place of a sales motion. Want training paired with advisory (financial visibility, operations, a working AI tool built for your team)? That's the NPO Advisory Suite →
How working together starts
Every engagement is scoped on one short call: your team, your goals, the right program and format, and a firm plan before anything begins. Bring the room and I'll match the training to it.

Behind AI in Practice
Background
Financial analysis, strategic planning, workforce development, and 15 years in sales, across industries.
Teaching
She designs accredited professional curriculum and AI training for regulated industries, held to the same standard as this program, where people apply what they learn before they leave the room.
Behind Selling & Influence
On persuasion and human decision-making
This is where the training gets its edge. It pairs a formal academic foundation in human behavior and mental health with 15 years reading real buyers in real deals: what earns trust, what stalls a decision, and what actually moves someone versus what they say moves them.
Her strength is translation. Complex systems turned into plain-language ones people actually use, without dumbing anything down.
And it stays in practice. Everything taught here, she builds in client work and runs in her own operation daily.
