AI workflows, automation, and the infrastructure that runs them.

I build the AI systems that take real work off your team's plate: custom Claude skills and GPTs, automated workflows, assessments and scoring tools, plus the training and strategy behind them. Built for operators, agencies, and nonprofits ready to put AI to work.

About

I've spent more than a decade in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operations.

The throughline was always finding the underlying patterns that drive performance: what makes a business run well, what it costs when it doesn't, and how to get things running smoothly again after they go off the rails.

That's what I do now, with AI added to the mix. For clients, that looks like:

  • Custom skills and GPTs that take real work off the team's plate.
  • Workflows that route, follow up, qualify, or escalate without anyone sitting in the middle.
  • Lead-generating assessments and quizzes: a self-scoring intake that qualifies and segments prospects, so the right leads surface and route themselves.
  • Evaluation and interview tools that capture the judgment your senior people and team leads already have and make it usable by everyone else.
  • Training that gets people genuinely fluent with AI in the daily work.
  • Strategy work for businesses that want a roadmap before a build, or instead of one, plus the infrastructure to keep all of it running.

After enough years across industries, I stopped seeing them as separate. An agency buried in client onboarding, a brokerage losing deals to slow follow-up, a nonprofit board flying blind on its own numbers: it might be different industry language, but it's the same handful of operational problems underneath.

That cross-industry pattern perception is what I bring to a build and advisory work. There's a good chance I've seen your bottleneck somewhere else already, and I know what fixes it.

What you get is the actual system, not a dry or generic deck about it. The work I do focuses on tangible outcomes, practical solutions for lived realities instead of fantasies, and processes your team will actually use long after I'm gone.

What I Build

Take the repetitive, judgment-heavy work that eats your team's week (drafting, routing, following up, qualifying, scoring) and hand it to a custom AI system that does it the way you would, built right into your tools and fully yours to keep.

What I can build for you

01

A custom Claude skill or GPT.

One repeatable task, handed off clean: a skill that drafts your product copy, qualifies inbound leads, or turns raw notes into a client-ready brief. You get the build, deployment, sample inputs and outputs, and a short walkthrough. It runs in your tools and is fully yours.

02

Workflow packs.

A few skills that hand off to each other, so a whole process runs end to end instead of one step at a time. These are interactive skills that work in concert to address a specific workflow.

03

Automated workflows.

While a skill waits for you to run it, an automation runs itself. It watches for a trigger (a new lead, a form submission, a paid invoice, a status change) and carries the work forward on its own: routing it, following up, sending the next message, updating your CRM.

Picture a capture-and-qualify flow for inbound leads, a multi-step nurture sequence, or an overdue-invoice chase that escalates without anyone watching it. Built across the tools you already use, not tied to any single platform.

04

Lead-generating assessments and quizzes.

A self-scoring intake (a readiness scorecard, a fit quiz, a diagnostic) that hands the user a personalized result and hands you a qualified, segmented lead, with the scoring logic and benchmarks built in.

05

Evaluation and interview tools.

Structured scoring that captures how your best people judge candidates, deals, or work, and turns that judgment into a consistent, repeatable process the whole team can run.

06

Copywriting.

Sales pages, email sequences, and launch copy that sound like you and actually move people to act. These can be bundled with automations.

07

Ongoing retainer.

The continuous version of any of the above: a new build or improvement each month, plus upkeep on everything you're already running, so your systems keep growing and stay current without you managing the work. Most engagements that start as a single build grow into this.

For agencies and resellers.

White-label is standard. I deliver with no branding; you resell at your normal client rates. Most agency relationships start with one client-driven build and grow into a retainer once the momentum is there.

Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-fee. You get a firm number and a firm timeline before we start, on a 20-minute call. No proposal that drifts into months. Single builds start at $1,500; everything else is scoped to what you actually need.

Who I build for

Recurring-revenue service businesses.

Onboarding, delivery checklists, AR follow-up, churn-flagging, so the work that keeps clients happy doesn't depend on someone remembering to do it.

Agencies and consultancies.

White-label builds you resell to clients, plus the internal systems (onboarding, proposals, content briefs, SOPs) that let a lean team deliver like a much bigger one.

Real estate businesses.

Brokerages, property managers, title, lending, investors: lead triage, listing copy, transaction-milestone communication, reporting, recruiting, vendor management, portfolio management, and more.

Nonprofits, NGOs, and municipalities.

Grant drafting, donor stewardship, board or council reporting, impact storytelling, and the compliance calendar, so a stretched team spends its time on the mission instead of the admin. (Additional details in the NPO Advisory Suite, below.)

AI Workflow Audit & Build

You know AI should be doing more in your business, but you're not sure where it actually fits. Or you've tried fitting it in, and what came back didn't deliver and actually burned more time than it saved.

That's where this starts. First I find the workflows where AI saves you real time and money: the ones quietly eating hours. Then I build them and hand them over working, rooted in your tools, ready to run.

This is you if:

  • You lead a team, and the same reports, handoffs, and follow-ups eat the week. Work that should run itself but still runs on people.
  • You're the bottleneck. Anything that needs your judgment stacks up, and everyone downstream waits on you.
  • You're running lean and want AI carrying more of the load, but every “AI tip” out there is generic and you don't know where to start on your business.

Two ways in:

  • The Audit: I map how your work actually flows, score every workflow for where AI fits and what it's worth, and hand you a ranked plan: what to build first, what it saves, what to skip. You walk away knowing exactly where AI pays off, even if you stop there. (Credits in full toward the build if you move forward.)
  • Audit & Build (what most people come for): Everything in the audit, plus I build your top 2–3 workflows and hand them over deployed, documented, and working, with 30 days of support while your team settles in.

Strategy Advisory

Sometimes you don't need me to build anything yet. You need a clear read on where AI even fits, what to do first, and what it's worth, before you spend money building the wrong thing.

This is you if:

  • You're making real AI decisions (what to adopt, what to build, how it changes your team) and you want an outside read grounded in how the work actually runs.
  • You know AI matters, but you're overwhelmed with all the options and unsure what would actually help your business and you want to avoid the “AI experimenting hell” you've probably already tried.
  • You built something, it's working, and now you're ready to scale.
  • You're aware that AI poses new-age risks, but you aren't sure where those blind spots are in your own organization or how to safeguard against them and you want to take a proactive approach in addressing your own vulnerabilities before they become major exposures.

What you get: a prioritized plan for where AI actually fits your business, what to tackle first, what to skip, what it's worth, and where the risk hides, with the reasoning behind each call so your team can move on it instead of debating it.

Some clients take a single focused session; some keep a light monthly retainer to think out loud as they go; some want the full roadmap. We'll size it to the decision you're actually facing.

Training & Development

Most AI training is a webinar full of tips people forget by next Tuesday. This is the opposite: hands-on sessions built around the work your team actually does, where they leave actually using the tools on their own files.

This is you if:

  • You're rolling AI out across the team and want real capability that sticks.
  • A function (marketing, sales, ops, finance) is ready to build AI in but doesn't know where to start.
  • Your team is leaving time and deals on the table that AI could win back: faster follow-up, tighter call prep, a better-qualified pipeline.
  • Your board or leadership needs a straight, credible briefing on using AI well: application, governance, and risk.

AI for sales teams is a specialty here. I came up in sales and have spent close to 15 years in the trenches, so this work is grounded in what actually closes a deal, beyond what a tool can technically do. With a sales team, it usually looks like:

  • Prospecting that finds and researches the right accounts instead of blasting a generic list.
  • Follow-up that goes out fast and personalized, so warm leads don't cool off while reps are busy.
  • Call prep that hands a rep the context, the angle, and the likely objections before they dial.
  • Objections and proposals drafted in your voice and your sales framework, ready to tailor and send.

Reps spend less time on the busywork around selling and more time actually selling.

Formats: a single focused session, a half-day workshop, a full-day intensive, or a multi-session curriculum scoped to your team. Recorded, so it keeps paying for itself even after I leave. We'll match the format to your team on a call.

NPO Advisory Suite

When leadership wears every hat and what the board sees doesn't match what's happening on the ground, things drift quietly.

This suite closes two gaps at once: getting AI doing real work, and getting honest financial visibility, so a mission-driven team can operate with confidence instead of guesswork.

This is you if:

  • You're running on too few hands, and the day-to-day eats everything. There's no time to step back and fix the systems that would give you that time back.
  • Your board or executive director has “figure out AI” on the list this year, and no real idea where to start.
  • The numbers don't tell a clear story. You can't easily see where the money actually comes from, what each program truly costs, or whether next quarter's cash will be there.
  • You can feel things drifting (adoption, follow-through, financial health) but you don't have the time or the framework to name what's slipping, let alone fix it.

Where to start:

Operations Suite skills — seven done-for-you Claude tools your team owns and runs. Take one, or bundle several:

SkillWhat it does
Grant Writing AssistantFinds and matches funding opportunities to your mission, then drafts tailored grant narratives from your program details and each funder's priorities. You apply to more of the right grants with far less staff time.
Donor Stewardship EngineTracks where every donor stands and drafts the right next touch on time (thank-yous, updates, renewal asks), so relationships stay warm without anyone chasing them manually.
Board Reporting AssistantTurns your financials and program data into a clean, plain-language board packet with summaries, charts, and talking points. Prep that ate a day takes less than an hour.
Program Impact StorytellingConverts raw outcomes and numbers into clear, fundable impact stories for grants, reports, and donor appeals.
Volunteer Onboarding FlowWalks new volunteers from sign-up to productive, handling intake, role-matching, training steps, and reminders automatically.
Financial Variance ReporterFlags where your actuals are drifting from budget and explains why, so finance surprises surface early instead of at year-end.
Operations & Compliance CalendarTracks every filing, audit, grant deadline, and board cycle and pushes reminders, so nothing critical slips through.
  • AI Readiness Sprint — I map where AI will help your organization most, then build and deploy one working skill from the Operations Suite, run a recorded staff training so the team can actually use it, and 30 days of support availability after delivery. You finish with a written roadmap and one tool already running.
  • Financial Visibility Diagnostic — I analyze your revenue, program costs, and cash timing and answer the three questions most nonprofits can't: where the money actually comes from and how risky that mix is, what each program truly costs once staff and overhead are loaded in, and whether the cash will be there when you need it. You get a board-ready findings document, an executive slide deck, and a walkthrough call to make sense of it.
  • Operating Health Engagement — the full picture: the AI Readiness Sprint and the Financial Visibility Diagnostic run together, so you fix how the organization runs and how it sees its money in one coordinated push instead of two disconnected projects a year apart.
  • Quarterly Operating Health Review — every quarter I re-run your key operational and financial metrics and send a short, honest report: what improved, what's slipping, and the two or three things to fix next. A standing outside check, whether or not we've worked together before.

We'll find the right entry point on a call.

Speaking & Keynotes

Your audience leaves a session of mine knowing what's actually going on underneath the AI noise: how it's rewriting the economics of real work, what that means for the way they run their business or team, and what to do about it Monday morning.

Grounded, specific, and built for rooms full of people who are tired of being sold the “future” instead of real solutions that help with every day realities.

A good fit for conferences, professional events, corporate offsites and retreats, boards, and podcasts that want substance over spectacle.

Examples of talks I give:

  • Why one-off AI tools don't add up, and what a real AI system looks like
  • Building with AI vs. experimenting with it: the difference that separates the operators pulling ahead
  • Where AI is quietly rewriting the economics of professional work
  • Running a multi-brand business with AI as the operating layer (a working example, not theory)
  • Financial visibility for nonprofits in the AI era

Formats: keynote, hands-on workshop, panel, or long-form podcast. Tell me the room and I'll tailor it.

For podcast hosts. If your listeners are operators, founders, or professionals trying to make sense of AI, I'll give them an episode of concrete, usable substance: what's actually working, what's just hype, and what they can do with it this week.

I come prepared with angles tailored to your show, so the booking is easy and the episode earns its spot in the feed. Topics span applied AI, solo operations, and the economics of professional work.

What This Looks Like in Practice

A few examples of what these systems look like in practice: the kind of build, what it does, and the outcome it's built to produce.

01

Content Engine: one long-form piece becomes a week of content

A connected system that takes a single long-form piece (a video or an essay) and turns it into platform-ready posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram, Substack Notes, and Bluesky: on-voice, formatted per platform, ready to schedule.

One piece in, roughly 25–40 posts out - that's roughly a week of content across six channels without staring down a blank page once.

02

Custom Assessment + Scoring Engine: a quiz that qualifies leads for you

An intake that scores itself: multi-dimension logic, a personalized tiered result for the user, and a benchmark, all wired to your email and CRM.

The user gets an instant report; you get a qualified, segmented lead. Examples of versions I've built include a nonprofit operating-health scorecard, a brokerage AI-readiness assessment, and a business diagnostic intake. Assessments and evaluation tools can be tuned to the questions that matter in your industry and business.

03

Property Management Operations Rebuild: a turnover cycle built to run in half the time

A mid-size property management company was running unit turnovers on a loose, roughly four-week cycle, with no clear owner and an AppFolio system nobody was using to its potential. I rebuilt the engine: deeper AppFolio integration with custom field settings, automations that keep work moving without someone chasing it, and tighter handoffs across the team and outside vendors.

The result is a turnover process built to run closer to two weeks. 30+ deliverables, about two months, one operator + a lean support team, and it kept running long after I stepped back.

04

Quality-Control System: nothing ships below the bar

An automated screen that checks every piece of output against a defined standard before it goes out, catching off-voice writing, errors, and the tells a tired human reviewer misses. Consistency without needing a second set of eyes.

05

Process Audit + Interview Tool: messy team knowledge into a ranked plan

A structured, AI-backed interview that captures how work actually flows across a team (not just the intended process stored in your head), scores each workflow for where AI fits and what it's worth, and turns it into a prioritized, actionable roadmap.

This is one of the most versatile builds I offer, and it can surface process gaps, systems-optimization opportunities, performance-improvement areas, technology-integration points, and plenty of other operational needs.

06

Operational Backend: the system that lets one person run like a team

Planning, decision-routing, review rhythms, and reporting wired into one connected backend, so the daily operations of an entire business run on a handful of skills instead of a full ops staff.

For lean teams and solo operators who want to scale capacity, this lifts volume without adding overhead.
